These Terms of Service govern use of doctorshop.ca and purchases from DoctorShop, operated by Judith Road Enterprise Corp. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the storefront. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Store use
You must use the store lawfully and provide current, complete and accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials confidential. You must not interfere with the store, misuse its content, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
Products and information
We try to present products, availability, colours, images, descriptions and prices accurately. Displays and supplier information may vary, and we may correct errors or update information. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
DoctorShop is a retailer, not a healthcare provider. Store and product content is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Read product labels and warnings and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, including before using a supplement or if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or are buying for a child.
Orders, prices and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order, including for stock, pricing, payment, fraud, address or legal reasons. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment is processed using the methods available at checkout.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store content is owned by or licensed to DoctorShop or its suppliers and may not be copied or exploited without permission, except as permitted by law. The store is hosted by Shopify and may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Judith Road Enterprise Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from store use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, conditions, consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory rights available in your province or territory.
