This policy applies to purchases from DoctorShop, operated by Judith Road Enterprise Corp. It does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Consumable and ingestible products
For health, hygiene and product-integrity reasons, food, beverages, nutritional products, supplements and other consumable or ingestible products are final sale for change-of-mind purposes, even if unopened.
This change-of-mind restriction does not apply when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, or where applicable law provides another remedy.
Eligible non-consumable returns
You may request a change-of-mind return for an eligible non-consumable product within 15 days after confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please contact us before returning any item. Approved return instructions will be provided by email. The customer is responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. DoctorShop does not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not automatically refunded unless required by law or agreed by DoctorShop.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or misrepresented items
Contact us within 15 days after confirmed delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and reasonable evidence such as photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label or visible damage. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions, unless doing so would be unsafe.
After assessment, DoctorShop will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or a replacement when one is available.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after DoctorShop processes it.
Order cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. We may cancel an order only before it has shipped or entered an irreversible stage of fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, the return rules above apply.
