Shipping charges
Free Shipping is available to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan.
Remote Territory Shipping is $99 CAD for Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The charge is shown clearly at checkout.
Order processing
Our target is to prepare orders within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. This is a processing target, not a delivery guarantee. Weekends, statutory holidays, high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruption, and address or payment issues may add time.
How orders are delivered
DoctorShop selects an appropriate delivery method after receiving the order. Delivery providers may include Canada Post and other carriers, or DoctorShop may complete a nearby delivery directly when appropriate.
Tracking is supplied when the selected delivery provider offers tracking. A particular carrier is not guaranteed.
Dispatch and transit times vary. Delivery dates shown by a carrier or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping issues
Check the delivery address carefully before ordering. If an order is delayed, marked delivered but missing, damaged in transit, or returned to sender, contact hello@doctorshop.ca with your order number. We will review the available tracking and delivery information and explain the next steps.
